He pairs success as a financial advisor with his lifelong interest in wine, learned at the table of his father, Wine Master Victor M. Orozco. The Court of Master Sommeliers certified him after he completed their introductory program.

STEVE A. OROZCO is a veteran restaurateur who has directed and assembled many restaurants from scratch, built wonderful menus and wine lists with a very successful rate of accomplishment. His most recent ventures include the management and operation of the “Cru a Wine Bar” in Allen, Texas, and presently do the same with “Blue Fish”, a fine seafood restaurant in Dallas. He is also a certified Sommelier by the Court of Master Sommeliers and an accomplished service educator. |
